Tim Earnshaw and Partners

‘Delivering memorable architecture through personal service’

Shortly after the establishment of Tim Earnshaw and Partners in 1990, the company was awarded a number of sizable commissions at the then University of Western Sydney Macarthur, now Western Sydney University.

From this base the company was soon undertaking a range of interesting projects for other universities, as well as for government and private clients.

The company was committed to the implementation of appropriate sustainable solutions for every project, to excellence in design management, and to delivery of comprehensive construction documentation.

The range of experience in the company, combined with high level of professionalism and a team approach to project design and documentation, underpinned the work of the company.

Working with our clients from inception to project completion, and beyond, resulted in continuing commissions from many of the following in a diverse client base:

Australian International Disputes Centre / Bankstown City Council / Bankstown District Cricket Club / Bell Equipment / Charles Sturt University / Develco / Elderly Australian Chinese Homes / Housing NSW / Hurstville City Council, now Georges River Council / Indo Chinese Elderly Hostel / Kara Group / Macquarie University / Nicky’s Kids Town / NSW Department of Justice and Attorney General / NSW Department of Education and Training / NSW Public Works / NSW Roads and Traffic Authority, now RMS / Ross Andrews, Forster / Sandlock Pty Ltd / Tallwoods Real Estate / University of New England / University of Technology Sydney / University of Wollongong / Western Sydney University.

Tim is indebted to the many wonderful and loyal staff who worked with the company over the years, including Alex Kibble and Jeffrey Chan, and in particular to Lydia Max, his wife and business partner, who managed the nuts and bolts of administration, quality management, and financial management, so necessary for the ongoing success of the company.
