ECO TOURISM DEVELOPMENT - HALLIDAYS POINT

On a greenfield site outside Halidays Point on the mid-north coast, the project comprised the master plan and rezoning application of a rural site providing for the following development:
• Holiday cabins for short term occupancy. 
• A resort style village centre with community club house, cafe/ restaurant, and shop. 
• Administration offices and caretaker accommodation.
• Outdoor recreation facilities including tennis court, swimming pool, walking and cycling paths.
• Equine facilities, stables, and bridal paths enabling guests to bring horses to the facility.
• Large fenced camping sites.
