Stage 1: 1992 - 1993.    Stage 2: 1996 - 1997

Positioned below a ridge line and overlooking the university oval, the building houses a union hall with stage, bar and kitchen, a union shop, administration offices, gymnasium and change facilities.

The gentle curve of the roof, generous roof overhangs and rhythm of exposed steel columns settle the building in the landscape, whilst providing outdoor shelter and climate control reminiscent of Australian rural architecture.
