BURGH HAAMSTEDE HOUSE

1978 - 1979

Burgh Hamstede, in The Netherlands, is situated behind the sand dunes that form a natural barrier between low lying land and the North Sea.   

The late 1970s design is of its time, but deeply influenced by the long evolution of Dutch modern design from the 1920s onward. 

The four bedroom house accommodates spacious living areas, is oriented to the sun and focused on the lush surrounding garden.
