Designed as a summer get away to accommodate a family and their friends, the house provides large open plan first floor living areas and master bedroom, oriented to the north easterly ocean view and cooling breeze. 

A wrap around deck includes recessed space between the living room and main bedroom providing a suntrap and protection on days when strong south easterly breezes come onshore.

The ground floor accommodates additional bedrooms, a second living room and kitchen, and garage / boat store.
