"SOLAIRE" - TUNCURRY

"Solaire" was the third apartment project to be undertaken at Forster -- Tuncurry.

The client had over the years consolidated three residential sites providing the opportunity to design a building that would maximise views across the harbour to Forster.  

Sited adjacent to Tuncurry Marina at the mouth of Wallis Lake these eight luxury house-size apartments with expansive wave form terraces sit beneath a curved sail-like roof by the water edge.

Services provided: Brief development, feasibility studies, design, development application, tender documentation, construction phase services.
