In granting approval for this $6 million (2003) project of 18 residential units Great Lakes Council approved an additional floor located within the curved roof form in consideration of the design excellence of the project
The two storey top floor units provide double volume living spaces, roof terraces and additional bedrooms within the roof space. All units have large internal floor areas and spacious private outdoor terraces.
ESD planning principles include cross ventilation of every residence, rain water harvetsting and solar panels for water heating.
