"LE POINT" - FORSTER

1997 - 1999

Designed for the same client as the "Sails" project, “Le Point” is a nine level apartment building located on a headland with magnificent ocean, lake and mountain outlook.  Each floor contains two spacious three bedroom apartments.

The Stealth Bomber plan form evolved out of capturing the 360 degree views from large wrap around terraces that effectively increase the floor area of each apartment by 50% and provide outdoor access from every room.
