FOVEAUX STREET - SURRY HILLS

2003 - 2006

The site of this project, comprising five terrace houses, had been in ownership of the client's family for many years. The client engaged the services of our company and that of a project manager to develop options for the site.

The resultant scheme, being a mixed retail/residential development over eight floors, was the outcome of lengthy engagement with the then South Sydney City Council.

To provide flexibility of occupation the apartment are designed to be dual key with a large communal roof terraces offering city views.
