'CITADEL' - HALLIDAYS POINT SEPP SENIORS LIVING RETIREMENT RESORT

On a greenfield site outside Halidays Point on the mid-north coast, the project comprised the master plan and rezoning application of a 40 hectare site providing for the following development:
• 314 residential lots for SEPP Seniors Living, consisting of 270 free standing villas, 18 attached villas and 26 large residential lots.
• A resort style village centre with community club house to accommodate the following facilities: multi-purpose auditorium / chapel, lounge and dining room, café, convenience store, library, games room, consultation rooms.
• 'Men’s' and 'Women’s' clubs for painting, woodwork and various hobbies.
• Wellness Centre including outdoor and indoor swimming pools and gym.
• Administration offices and caretaker accommodation.
• Outdoor recreation facilities including tennis court, bowling green, walking and cycling paths.
• Vegetable garden compound where residents could apply annually for a vegetable plot.
• Electric car transport within the site and a minibus service to off-site locations.

The site master plan includes a medical clinic to service the Hallidays Point local area and a 100 bed aged care facility.
