REFURBISHMENT OF 540 GEORGE STREET SYDNEY

2008 - 2008

Known as the Woolworths Building, and located on the corner of George and Park Streets, opposite Sydney Town Hall, this building owned by Sydney City Council is earmarked for demolition to make way for a proposed city centre square.

In the interim, we were commissioned to design and document a warm shell fit-out of the nine level office building including new ground floor lift lobby. The fit-out included new amenities for each level, new building electrical, communication and mechanical services, new ceilings and finishes.
