Catering for 0-2 and 2-3 age groups, this former office tenancy, with exposed trusses and clerestory windows, enabled the development of the airy and light filled indoor activities area. 

Installation of coloured polycarbonate screening to the rear terrace provided privacy from neighbouring multi-storey apartments.

Services provided: Brief development, design, development application, tender documentation, and contract administration.
