D.E.T. NORTHERN SYDNEY REGIONAL OFFICE FIT OUT, MACQUARIE PARK

2011 - 2011

The fit out accommodates two distinctly separate and autonomous groups:

1. The Directorate of the Northern Sydney Region of DET

2. The Lane Cove Area office of DET

Accordingly the brief required separate staff and visitor access from the lift lobby to each unit, as well as separate kitchen/tearoom areas. 

Planning in the Regional Directorate provides executive style perimeter office accommodation, a large corporate style reception area, and meeting room, while the Lane Cove Area office provides open-plan hot desk spaces along the outer perimeter with managerial offices on the inside.

Working with the two groups and the client, DET, (Department of Education and Training) was a rewarding experience.

Services provided: Brief development, design, tender documentation, FFE procurement, and construction phase services.
