There was a lot to learn during the design and documentation of this building. The facilities of the Health Sciences building included public access to podiatry consulting rooms, clinical booths, operating theatre and gait analysis laboratory, whilst teaching facilities include anatomy and dissection laboratories, a cadaver cool room, manufacture of orthotics, and plaster casting.

A 100-seat Graduate Learning Centre lecture theatre was included in the project.

Services provided: Brief development, design, tender documentation, and contract administration.
