A range of community buildings were designed for Penrith City Council, initially as consultant architect, working with the city architect, and from 1991 onwards, as Tim Earnshaw and Partners Architects.
This commissioning resulted in involvement in the following projects:
Five neighbourhood centres: Claremont Meadows, Erskine Park NHC and Community Hall, St Clair, Cranebrook, St Marys.
Three child care centres and two OOSH centres: Erskine Park, Glenmore Park, St Clair.
Werrington Creek Park Youth Centre.
Adaptive reuse of the former Commonwealth Bank for St Marys Branch Library.
St Marys Potters Society fit out.
'Kit of Parts' design for suburban bus shelters throughout the city area.
