Reconfiguration and expansion of the court administrative areas was undertaken along with major refurbishment of the building fabric, due to the failure of roofing and extensive termite infestation. 

The fit-out provided a new customer service area, interview rooms, general office accommodation, staff and public amenities, and upgrade of the entry elevation. 

Services provided: Brief development, design, tender documentation, and contract administration.
